Terrible experience. They have vague advertising about available features, after paying the subscription cost to be able to access and test the features I found them to be either very limited or not entirely what was advertised and not suitable for my business. After reaching out for assistance I was advised that they could not help with any of my provlems and that the money I paid to try the features would not be refunded after I paid less than 24 hours beforehand.
Liars/Swindlers
this service was a liar. They convinced me to upgrade for services they have never offered! Like coupons and stuff. Big Liars, don't waste you money, plenty of legit places out there that do what you need!
A SCAM!
A SCAM!! ,i was desperate enough to pay 200nis 1 month ago and until now it says that there is 157 people infornt of me although each day its says that between 10-20 appointments have been set i have been stuck in the sane place ,its a scam to make you pay even more money to get a faster appointments and then you wont get anything.also will delete already set appointments if you have one .Dont recommend at all

Found an appointment and scheduled it for me in about a week. Iv’e made all northern locations as an option which probably made it easier.

I was suspected when I have registered to the service for free, but after working trying to find a place is the line for the passport, it appear by picktime in the most convenient time for me

Amazing service. Found two passport appointments in less than a day! However, the website is not very user friendly, to say the least. That was a downer.

More like extorsion bot!!!!!!
It forced me to cancel my existing appointment, only to then tell me I need to pay an absurd amount of money for the bot to do any work. So now I need to reschedule even further into the future.

Hi Zvi The requirement to remove previous appointment is a restriction in Myvisit app that is not allowed to double book on the same ID number. Since we are booking the appointment by Myvisit service, the same restriction exist on our service

Hi Baruch When we book an appointment we notify immediately by Email and SMS that sending from us. In addition, the Population Authority is also sending SMS but, sometimes their system is sending the SMS lately (sometimes after the appointment date) Have a nice day
