Each order has arrived in perfect condition, whether it was 8x10 or 40x50, because of the care taken to ensure it would withstand the rigors of cross-country shipping. I only wish more on-line companies operated as well as this!
The website is easy to navigate and there are a lot of choices, but unfortunately I never saw the frame I bought. They use OnTrac to deliver and I have never had a single delivery by them actually make it to my address. I've been able to find the others eventually but this one is gone. I have just had to stop using vendors who deliver with them because the gamble isn't worth it. Switch to FedEx or UPS or USPS and I would happily shop here again, but OnTrac earns their 1.4 star Google review once again, and it hurts yet another business that chooses to play delivery roulette with them.
Everything was meh. I placed my very first order, and before I got it, I got pressing "last call" mails to order more. Then, hurray, I got an email that the order was shipped. It was not. All they did was print a shipping label with UPS. Why lie to a customer. Then, they asked me how they did. On Aug 18. I received the order today, Aug 27. How could one possibly rate a delivery a week before its arrival. The delivered product is the worst craftsmanship I have seen in a long time. I would not order here again.

I did need assistance with the depth of frame to be flush with the painting that was 3/4” depth. Cheri (?) from Canada assisted me and assured me that my painting w/frame would match a previous ly purchased frame. I haven’t received the frame yet but I trust her knowledge. I do wish Picture Frames would stamp the back with the # of the frame for the consumer. Thanks
Cheap frames/prints compared to other places, good shipping/turnaround time, but the prints themselves are very low quality. Printed out professional wedding photos and the size wasn’t large at all, but they are pretty blurry. Will keep the frame but have to find somewhere else to print.
Very convenient and well priced. Customer service responded very quickly when I emailed, over a weekend, that the order I had just placed needed to be adjusted. I am on the west coast. They responded first thing Monday morning and told me how to correct the situation (cancel and reorder with new measurements).

When I realized I had ordered a frame in the wrong size I contacted pictureframes.com and they immediately cancelled my order no questions asked. I then ordered a frame in the correct dimensions.
Quick delivery, and the customer service was strong when I had questions before ordering, but quality for the frames is really not great. Some big gaps at the frame corners, plexi on one frame was cut smaller than the actual frame opening (they are replacing that, but it will be too late). Mat core not a solid color (angled cut of the mat reveals an off-white interior), and black 'wood' frame (website says 'often made from oak, walnut, maple, or pine') is just fiberboard with a black plastic wrapper around it. The frames also just showed up with a whole lot of plexi sawdust all over them; maybe that's just the way it works, but it seemed indicative of the low level of care generally. Lastly, I am embarrassed to admit i was fooled by the appearance of a big sale; their 'regular' price seems like it's just something they put up there to make it seem like there's time pressure to get a special deal, when in actuality everything is almost always 'on sale'.

Your website is very user friendly and easy to understand. Also, I liked that all I had to do, to order a frame for my picture, was put in the size of my canvas.
