I received the beautiful, well constructed frame in no time and realized that I made a mistake in measuring my canvas. I was two inches off! Pictureframes refunded my payment for the frame and I ordered another one as a replacement. No fuss, great service, truly appreciated, especially since it was my mistake. I goofed and mismeasured the painting, so frame was wrong--My Fault. But pictureframes.com graciously agreed refund the purchase price--and i ordered a new one with the correct measurements. That's amazing service!

Incredibly slow fulfillment. The product is fine, but the whole process took weeks, should have taken days. You didn't even process my order until a week after I placed it, then I got a steady series of "shipment delayed" messages.
