Frame was fine, but they sent the wrong hardware to implement. They said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to send the correct hardware. To date, nothing received yet. They said they would credit my account by $15 if I wanted to go buy the hardware myself - but they were unable to show me where and what to get. Very poor customer service.

The frames are well-constructed and beautiful Very happy with my purchase of two wood frames, one 8 by 10 inch matte black and one custom 4 by 6 inch silver frame. Very reasonable cost for the quality. Be aware that “ready for hanging” means the hanging hardware is supplied, not attached.

This company was perfect last year. Now not so much. I have tried to order a specific frame from them that I previously ordered and received. It is still on their website, showing a picture and description of the frame I want. However, I ordered three of them and received three very cheap, not wood frames. They did not even look like the photo. They did make that good, refunding my money. But the CS rep had no idea how this happened. I waited a few months and thought maybe it was just a shipping mistake. So I ordered again. I know the definition of insanity. The photo on the website is correct, but the frame I received today is the cheap non-wood frame. I have another on the way, which I will just return. Not ordering from them again! Several of my artist friends feel the same way. What has happened to this company!!!!!
