it was a pretty good experience and process. I would have liked to have a greater variety of frames to choose from. But i have not received the product yet - so judgement on that part will have to wait.

Excellent quality floating frame. Arrived fully assembled and so carefully packed that I think it could have survived the box being dropped from a roof. My only recommendation is that you have to be incredibly precise with your measurements when ordering. I will definitely buy again!

I love the selection. I have not received it yet and was buying a very large one ( 4’x5’) so I look forward to receiving it to see if I ordered it correctly. The ability to order something big like that on line is super so I am eager to receive it and put it together! The quality looks great.
Frames continually out of stock with no communication from anyone on a delay in production
Unfortuantely, I have had two orders get canceled due to the frames being out of stock, however no one reached out either time to alert me to the frames being out of stock. The orders went into limbo for weeks, and I had to contact customer service to ask why they hadn't shipped. The lack of communication has been really disappointing. Additionally, I was told I couldn't just pick a different frame for the posters, and keep the orders going, I had to have the orders canceled and then re-submit them on my end both times. Just a very frustrating process all around. I will not order from this company anymore.

My order never came
My order never came. I was told it wasn't taken off the website fast enough and they weren't sure when it would be back in stock. But when I checked the picture frames last week they were on the website and I still had not received any updates. I purchased them late May and it's now July 8th and not a word on receiving them. I ended up finding almost identical picture frames for HALF the price. Do not waste your time or your money with this company.
This was my first time ordering . . .
a custom frame from this company. The website is easy to navigate and place an order. Confirmation and tracking were great. But . . . the packaging was subpar - really, really poor; one corner edge has a small ding that I can touch-up, thankfully. By the look of the carton, I was expecting more damage because the only corner protections are little sleeves of one layer, small bubble wrap! Also, the acrylic has scratches on it front and backside - even though there was protective film on it (showing multiple scratch marks as if it was slid around on something at their warehouse). Poor handling/care of materials on their part. Hence, No more orders from me.
