Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
I ordered a custom frame for a large piece of artwork from PictureFrames.com and initially received an order confirmation. After that, I heard absolutely nothing from the company. I repeatedly checked my order status, but there were never any updates. My expected delivery date came and went without a single email or notification explaining the delay. When I finally contacted customer service myself, I was told that my frame was on backorder with no estimated delivery date. What was most frustrating was that they had no plans to notify me of the delay—I had to reach out to find out what was going on. Because of the complete lack of communication and poor customer service, I immediately canceled my order. I'm now still waiting for my refund. A delay is one thing, but failing to communicate with customers is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again. If you value clear communication and reliable customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm very happy and positively impressed
I'm very happy and positively impressed with this experience. First I was so happy about the short time it was going to take to receive- I had not left much time before I was going to be taking this painting as a gift on a visit. I was hopeful but skeptical it would really be that fast (8 days) but it was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Second, I was impressed with the packaging and instructions, the quality of all the materials and how perfectly it went together. I'm also glad to be able to frame a watercolor painting with non-glare acrylic instead of glass - so smart, so much lighter and less worrisome.

Perfect Quality Framed Print
Total of 3 orders placed for my 1 framed print. First arrived and the crop/edit I had performed on their website didn't save, so the print from the jpeg file I had uploaded was off center with the legs of the most prominent buffalo cut off on the framed print received. Customer service was great and provided a full refund, minus shipping, which I understand. They advised to reorder, so I did. My crop/edit on the website once again didn't save, based on the preview in the receipt. I called ASAP and was told that was a known issue, with the crop/edit function not "talking" to their print function. They immediately cancelled that order and provided a refund. They advised that I reorder and crop/edit my original jpeg file and upload the revised file, so I did. Turned out perfect and arrived in just over a week - large print that had to be delivered by freight truck. It's a beautiful piece and I would order again from them. I did deduct 1 star for the back and forth to get the picture centered, which although able to do on their website, didn't work.

Have been using them for years
I found pictureframes.com many years ago, when there weren't many other options online. The frames and service were excellent, and a lot easier to do than I originally thought. They haven't changed much over the years; everything is still great.
Do NOT use the screws they sent
Do NOT use the screws they sent. Multiple screws broke while trying to attach the hangers to the frame. In addition, the frame is 72” wide but they sent about 36” of picture hanging wire. Incredibly frustrating. Do NOT recommend this company.
