The website should state where the company is located. I searched extensively and could not find it. I wanted the slippers quicker than they were delivered. Due to surgery gone wrong, I’m now paralyzed from the breastbone down and need better, puffier slippers to cushion my feet on my wheelchair footrests. I love the Pluffi slippers. They're perfectly soft, confortable and sturdy.
DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY!! I purchased 4 pairs of these slippers for my family. Within a few weeks they had all cracked across the sole. I contacted customer service. I was told I couldn't have replacements because it was 'normal wear and tear' and that the lifetime guarantee I'd paid extra for wasn't valid for this structural failure. Abysmal.

The slippers were delivered within an acceptable timeframe and I was kept up to date with regular emails which was most helpful. As regards the slippers themselves they are without doubt the best I have ever purchased. They are so warm and comfortable I almost don’t want to take them off!

I purchased 3 pairs of Pluffi slippers for family as Christmas gifts and they loved them. I surprised my wife with an additional pair of purple Pluffi slippers for Mother's Day because she loves purple. Goes to show that they are comfortable and cute.

Really comfy slippers. I like the style. Got them for Christmas 2025 and around April / today 7th May, started to lose the grip after wearing them everyday. So only lasted around 4/5 months
