Great product, rough tracking system
The product is fantastic and everyone was happy, but the colour's and sizes were different on arrival than what I ordered. The tracking system was pretty bad, but other than that, easy to buy and great product.
Very nice but too big, can't exchange
The slippers are well made, comfortable, and very warm. However, following the sizing recommendations, my slippers are too big. I will gift them to someone else and reorder a smaller size as there are no exchanges unfortunately.
Product is as advertised
Delivery with Dragonfly was swift (within 1 week of order). Company kept me updated about order and delivery status. I am an 8.5 in Canadian shoe sizes, so I ordered the 9-11 size because I thought 5-8 would be too small with socks, and I was right. Slippers are comfortable, very warm, easy to put on and take off, with room for my orthotics. They just look look huge on my feet, lol!
When first put on
When first put on, they were extraordinarily squeaky walking on a hardwood floor. This has eased substantially with wear. As a senior, the arch support and padding is extremely important and these are minimal for my needs. All other aspects are good.
