I love these slippers
I love these slippers. But, they are tight. I would send them back and ask for a bigger pair but then I think they would be too big. So....I love them but they are tight to wear.

The slippers were nice but run small. And they are excessively warm. While slippers should be warm, they should not feel like a sauna. Considering returning them or giving them to family.
Horrible
Horrible, horrible customer service. I have received emails with different stories about what has happened one that it was being fulfilled from a warehouse that ran out of stock. Another one that said they were out of stock completely so they don’t seem to know which reason it is that I haven’t gotten my pillow. It was ordered on 2/21. It is now 3/9 and I still don’t have the pillow and I had ordered it for my son‘s surgery and that has come and gone. Every time I email them, they still haven’t fulfilled it and they still have not sent it do not buy from them. They will steal your money.

I got the wrong size somehow. (I got a size 3-4 when I'm a sized 9.) Beware! You can't return them, even to do an exchange, unless there's a manufacturing defect!!! That's just ridiculous!

I love my Pluffis. However shipping took well over 3 weeks. Was not expecting that. My first pair came in a few days.
I have placed an order on February 6
I have placed an order on February 6, on February 9th I received an email with a tracking number stating that my package is being processed. To date I still have not received my package and the tracking number reads that same message. I reached out to pluffi providing all this information and received an email stating that the package delivers within 4-14 days. I will never be purchasing another item from this company.

Love them. I did buy a size up from what I normally would and they are perfect. Delivery takes a couple weeks, but you get accurate tracking. If I’m home, they are on my feet.

I love the comfort and look.
I love the comfort and look. They are comfortably snug but the more I wear them the more comfortable they become. Walking in them is heavenly. My feet barely feel the ground which is great for foot pain or discomfort. They are warm so you can wear them without socks and I suggest getting at least a half size larger if you're going to wear socks with them. All in all a "Best Buy" that I would recommend and buy again.
