WOW I really do not even know where to start! This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had with an on-line purchase. It took 5 days to actually get them to approve me sending the garbage product back for a refund. This stuff DOES NOT color my hair. They wanted before and after pics to prove it didnt work. Ummm who takes pictures of their grey hair before coloring??? Customer service is an on-line thing only. (and obviously automated AI) you cannot call and speak to anyone. the phone number they provide on their website ALWAYS says they are busy helping other customers and for faster service to contact them online. then the line hangs up. they were asking me if i followed the directions for coloring? which by the way is NOT just apply, wait 10 minutes and then rinse like their ads say. i had to answer questions and send pictures time after time after time. Finally after 5 days, dozens of emails and a whole lot of cursing they gave me a ship to address. Lets see how getting my money actually goes

This is a game changer. I buy the blond and this shampoo washes the gray away. I get the gray in my part and a few pumps it takes all the gray away. I do leave it on for 30 to 40 minutes. No more 100 dollar root touch ups. Amazing
