It was extremely easy! I will order again but I believe I have the wrong color. I have 3 bottles of medium brown but it turned out much lighter than I expected. My next order will be dark brown.

First was a fail but then
The first time I used it, I left it in for 10 mins and it did not cover my grays at all. Then I thought I'd leave it longer. I put it in and was busy with something and it was left in for about 30 mins and it worked. I have resistant grays and box dye does not work on my hair so I usually buy from a store that has for resistant hair. I am really happy with how easy it is to apply and that I got it to work. The order was sent quickly.

This product is a complete waste of time and money. I ordered 3 bottles. First, I tried the ten minute recommendation. It didn’t touch my gray roots. Then I tried twenty minutes. No change. Finally, I left it on for 45 minutes, using up the entire remainder of the bottle. My gray roots remained untouched. I contacted the company for a refund on the two unopened, still sealed bottles. Because it was past the 30 day mark, they refused to take them back. But they offered me a 15% discount to buy more. As if! On a whim, I tried it one more time, leaving the color on for an hour. My grays are still untouched. This product is trash, and the company is not helpful. I definitely do not recommend!

My experience has been great because it took 10 mins to dry once I lather shampoo on my gray hairs then rinse it off and shampoo my hair. I am satisfied with the product so far and so is my mother in law she loves the results as well.

We often hear 'I dont write reviews,' I don't. I've been coloring my hair every bit of 20 years. At first it was about color nd shine, too quickly and too FREQUENTLY, it became grey coverage! This product is literally a game changer. I have boxes of unused color in my closet, I will never go back.... 10 minutes vs 25 is a no brainer. The color is beautiful and my 'vintage' hair never looked better.

Won’t use anything else now. Nice and easy to apply, wait up to 20 minutes and then wash off always covers my greys and makes my hair feel very soft and shiny, the best it’s ever looked. The only negative I have, is the gloves are rubbish, too big and fall off so I end up having to use my hands and then wash the dye off immediately after I have finished applying it to my hair.

I absolutely love the color. Because my hair is so thick I had to use double the amount recommended, and it covered most of the gray. Hopefully the next time I use it (which never said how often to use) it will cover the remaining gray.

I ordered the light brown color and I should have gotten a medium brown. Customer Service worked with me and sent me new color in the medium brown and that worked much better. Customer Service was great to work with and putting on the cover was easy Peezy.

Buyers Beware A bunch of con artists who should be ashamed of themselves . I placed an order for this item order number 1133919 for the dark brown and I have asked to return it I paid £29.99 for this item but its not suitable for me I have emailed them to ask them to send me a returns label but I have been told that I need to return it to an address in America 570 Solon Road Bedford Ohio 44146 US why would I return it to America when I ordered this from her in the uk its an outright con altogether it will probably cost me another £30 to send it back to get a refund for £29.99 why the hell do they not state that in its advertisement that it comes from America so people could decide if they want it or not totally misleading but what a good way of keeping half of peoples money there well clued up its a big con and a total disgrace .

Well the product is easy to use but I was hoping that my roots would turn brown and not turn my gray hair red. Would to know if you have another color that would work for me.
Easy to use, Effective, Lasts
Easy to use, I use gloves, as my nails discolour easily, but the product is great! Any silver shines softly as the colour fades. That means that I don't get stark lines of gray, versus colour, which happens with other dyes. It says leave on 10 minutes, but I wait 20 minutes as my gray is hard to cover with other products. It lasted almost exactly 2 months! People tell me that I look 10 years younger, than before. I have ordered additional bottles of the dye and shampoo, and they arrived, as tracked, quickly. The only thing I could suggest, is to have a protective cap, for the shampoo pump, as I use it most after being in the pool, and don't want it to accidently leak in my bag. Alternatively, have the pump twist to a lock position, when not sitting on a shelf. Thanks! Love these products, and have told all my family and friends about Polar.
Great product
At first the product did not cover the grey roots, it didn't foam as i thought it would, I needed a lot more product than what was recommended and had to re do my hair two days later, however second time around I used more product and left it on for 20 minutes and it did the job, patience is key and practice as you are doing your own hair which is not easy when you have long thick hair, getting into every strand takes patience and time. Its definitely well priced and worth it.
