Absolutely terrible experience ordering…
Absolutely terrible experience ordering from here. Ordered 2 items both of which I did not receive. It took months of back and forth trying to get in contact with them and when they finally replied, they gave me a “partial refund” which didn’t even cover the cost of one of the items I ordered and did not refund the delivery that I paid for either.
By far one of if not the worst customer service I have ever come across. Would definitely recommend not ordering from here.
The customer service is horrendous! It’s taken well over a month for my order to be dispatched despite spending over £270’for a custom order!
I’m shocked at the delivery service also. They said that no one was home. When I was at home waiting for my delivery. And they had taken a photo of my house from the bottom of the drive meaning no one even attempted to deliver!
I wouldn’t order from these again!!
Long wait time. No correspondence. Said it was despatched but Courier said they were waiting for the parcel. Website email address does not work. Phone number goes to Answering machine. Terrible
Despite ordering over a month ago I’m still waiting for my order when I send an email the response is always the same it’s on its way but nothing turns up!!! I would not order from this company again very disappointed
Excellent product - advise you order well in advance
Excellent product. Bought to replace previous PolyPads travel boots which lasted four years!
New boots have four thinner Velcro straps than the three previous ones so more secure fitting.
Sadly took almost five weeks to arrive after ordering.
I recently placed 3 orders but only received an email to say that one had been dispatched the same day as 2 of the orders were delivered. I’m still waiting for the last one.
Some feed back and updates about any hold ups would be helpful. Also I think you should say how long to expect to have to wait once you place an order for example orders usually take 2- 3 weeks to complete.
Delighted with the service. Kept up to date with them. Delighted with my product. Definitely buy from you again. Thank you

Great product but said 48 hours for…
Great product but said 48 hours for delivery when ordering and took 31 days to arrive with no update until parcel arrived. Spending over £100 on 2 pony numnahs, both brown, I wouldn’t expect such a long wait. Great if you’re willing to wait, but not great service if not!

No communication and no arrival of product 3 weeks later. Emailed, tried calling, left voicemails, texted, whatsapped, tried disconnected landline number, Instagram and Facebook to no response. Avoid.
