Very much appreciate the follow up I received from Sanjib in Customer Service. My initial order was lost in transit. Sanjib gave this an appropriate amount of time to resolve itself, but when the product finally was deemed “lost”, he initiated a replacement. He communicated with me consistently assuring me that he was staying on top of the situation. He did a great job!
It is interesting to see how Hayward has changed parts slightly. The filter base and tube we purchased was the same as the original except I had to shorten it by 8 inches because you don't carry the original anymore. Good thing the width stayed the same or I would be in trouble.

Anyone can make a sale, but it is the customer service provided after the purchase that is most important to me. the items purchased came in a bubble-mailer ... but it did not reference my order number or the items i ordered. i had to email my entire company to see who ordered this. these items were about to be thrown away because the package looked suspecious.
I specifically informed them to send me a quote for a solid cover for the spa. I placed the order after receiving the quote. The cover came with holes so i can't use it because it allows water to get into the spa. Attempt to contact resolution team. The case assigned to Renee B and until now it still has not resolved. i had to buy another cover.
Dustin helped me with picking out a pool heater for my pool. He was very knowledgeable and helpful getting me what was needed. Thanks again for all your help. Danny

My first experience with Pool Warehouse and it could not have been better. I called for general information and ended up making a significant purchase on the spot as a result of my representative, Jacob L. He was patient in listening to my questions, sought out answers and ultimately help me decide on the product I needed and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend Pool Warehouse and if possible, ask for Jacob. He was awesome.
The customer service was outstanding. I had received a damaged part from shipping direct from manufacturer and no fault of Pool Warehouse. They worked to get it resolved / replaced very efficiently and quickly. I would like to give a shout out to Jacob for his product knowledge during the original sale and Jacinia in customer service. The ordering process was very easy, but that isn't why I am leaving a review. Due to the distributor being snowed in, my part was delayed. My customer support rep, Chelsey, was amazing. She proactively kept me informed about my shipment and helped expedite my order. She's amazing....

I called customer service to check on the status of our order . The Young Lady by the name of Katelyn assisted me. She was very professional, cordial and so kind. She didn't stop assisting me until I got the answer that I needed. She could have just given me a response to my question, but she went over and beyond to make sure that I would be able to (if necessary) in the days ahead, be able to get more concrete answers as I await our package to arrive, due to inclement weather.
