When the item is in stock, it will ship super fast. Once the second item is available, they shipped it to me quickly. Unfortunately, it did not fit so I asked to do an exchange and it seemed to be super simple. Very satisfied with how quick customer service responded to my request.

I literally sent back a return to the address on the website under their contact information. And now they’re saying that they cannot refund me because I did not send it to the correct place. It is their location but they cannot communicate with each other? This is $100 amount it’s absolutely insane this is terrible business

I was between sizes and ordered the smaller size, as the site recommended for a tighter fit. Unfortunately, the band was a bit too tight though the cup size worked well. Customer Service was great and responded to my email quickly, offering to help. I am very pleased with this company. Product is of good quality, customer service was good. Would definitely order from again.
