Do NOT buy from Popilush unless you want your money thrown down the drain for clothing that disintegrates in less than five wears. I purchased a swimsuit that literally started falling apart, with elastic strings popping out everywhere, after fewer than five uses. I take proper care of my swimwear by rinsing after every pool or ocean use, so this was a blatant quality control failure. I have bought cheap Amazon swimsuits that lasted years compared to this garbage. When I reached out with photos of the damaged suit, customer support refused a standard refund because it was past their 30-day window, hiding behind canned template responses. Instead, they pushed a 100% store credit gift card to "make up for the experience." Against my better judgment, I accepted the credit to give them another try. When I went to use it, I discovered they had quietly put a 6-month expiration date on a gift card issued for defective merchandise. Putting a strict countdown on store credit given for broken goods, without mentioning it upfront in their resolution messages, is absurd. When I emailed to point out how ridiculous this was, their support rep didn't even address the issue. They simply gave a dismissive "refer to the email... wishing you a wonderful day!" response. - Overpriced items that fall apart almost immediately. - Refusal to stand behind their products or issue actual refunds for defective items. - Sneaky, expiring gift card traps so they get to keep your money while giving you nothing. - Dismissive customer support that sends robotic copy-paste replies. Save yourself the headache and spend your money with a brand that actually values quality and basic customer service. I wish I could post photos to see the state of the suit after 5 uses.

Dress is beautiful. I am 5'7" and 165 pounds. Bought the large.Not crazy about spanx in general but this dress was amazing with great quality. I just need next size up.

Customer service is GREAT. Emailed to start an exchange and within a few days a reply was received with all the details to follow! I’ve reordered a few more swimsuits and looking at dresses for upcoming events. Shipping is standard approx 3 weeks from order submitted to item at my door, here in Canada. I will be testing the swimsuits this coming Civic Holiday weekend!!

The clothes are cute but the fit is hit or miss. I definitely won’t purchase from them anymore (no matter how cute) because the return process is absolutely horrendous. The “Review” process for your return takes several DAYS and then it’s unlikely that you actually get the code so you have to request it again. Several messages to their “support” team has not effected any real help. 0 out of 10 experience.
