This company is outstanding. From the initial ordering when they realized I ordered one of the wrong pieces so they corrected my order all the way to delivery driver who was fantastic in getting our order to our location. The customer service representative also answered all my emails and all my expectations were met. Great job by all. I will be ordering from this company again.

The customer service I received from the very beginning was outstanding. I had a difficult time with a refund, and Wendy helped me through it every step of the way, giving outstanding customer service that would make a person want to return to the company for a purchase again. This age of computerized everything and AI, it's nice to talk to someone who is personable and shows true concern for the customer. Good job Wendy😊

Wendy was wonderful to work with. She was consistent and thorough in her outreach. I initially was frustrated because the first fridge I order (which was in stock at the time of order) I found out 1.5 weeks later when I called that it was out of stock. Wendy reached out and made the reorder of the replacement fridge easy and seamless. Frankly, had it not been for her I would have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund Thank you Wendy for all that you do and for your attention to detail.

This is written by his wife Delila Mullens: It's s scary ordering online or phone with a company you have no knowledge of and spending thousands of dollars. But I looked at reviews read almost all of them and they were good reviews. I called the company and spoke with Hazel, we laughed and she made everything comfortable for me. I am designing a whole house remodeled and it's alot. I bounced ideas with her and chose the best product for me. Then I had a lady call me about shipped named Carlee, wow she handled everything with no stress to me. We did run into an issue with shipping in my state but Carlee jumped right in and handled that issue in a polite and professional attitude once again no stress to me she set up everything. The representative of this company goes beyond making a purchase simple as possible. I will recommend this company to my friends and family The appliances were beyond what I expected high quality beautifully made. They are gorgeous, I'm in love.

Three cheers for Alex!

Alex was a tremendous help while I was ordering new appliances for my son’s new condo. I had a very specific look in mind, and unfortunately, the appliance suite I ordered did not include the over-the-range microwave I needed. I selected one from another brand, and Alex called me right away to let me know it would not match the rest of the suite and that I might want to reconsider. I am so glad he caught it. The kitchen is open to the main living space, so the mismatch would have been visible from every corner of the main floor. On top of that, he ended up saving me some money too, which of course I loved! Three cheers for Alex. Thank you for saving the day!

Premium Home source was great in every…

Premium Home source was great in every way. I ordered the Forno “twins” we had to remodel the kitchen before unpacking the fridge. We didn’t get around to opening for 2 months and there was a small dent. I sent photos and explanation and they sent me a new door right away. It looks awesome and we love it! Highly recommend Premium Home Source.

Amazing

Amazing! Every question I had got answered in a timely and polite way. Delivery was smooth everything came just as I hoped! I ordered the gold handles for everything but was also sent the standard color which I thought was a nice touch if I ever want to switch it up! Over all 5 stars and wouldn’t change a thing! Will be telling everyone about this amazing company

Excellent Customer Service

Both Jessie and Anna provided great customer service. Anna continued to work with me on my change of the appliances until it was just right. She didn’t hesitate to respond to my questions and she quickly made all of the changes I requested. I highly recommend PHS and look forward to doing business with the company again.

Absolutely love our kitchen appliances

Absolutely love our kitchen appliances, we bought the range, range hood, wine cooler, microwave, dish washer and fridge and our kitchen looks amazing. The appliances work really well. And when I’ve had issues , customer service was really good communicating thru email. Eli, Nadya and Vanessa were really good at keeping me updated on all my purchases. I wish I can post pictures .

My experience with PHS has been amazing. They have high quality Brands, we ordered Forno, and an exceptional customer support team. We had a freezer drawer face damaged and a bad cooling fan in range. Both got replaced and handled immediately and with great service. Highly recommend.
