I was given a gift of a "Prepared Hero Blanket " as were my children. After viewing the news and noting the seemingly high numbers of tragic fires during the holiday season, I decided to better protect myself and my family. I purchased a bundle of "Blankets" so the homes of my children and grandchildren would be better protected in case of a fire emergency. Areas other than the kitchen, such as the bedroom hallway and the basement now have access to fire blankets. There's nothing more important the safety of my family...

Prepared in Maine
I have 3 great-grandchildren living in Maine. There have been two fires close to where one of them lives. When I saw the Prepared Hero blanket, I knew what the families would get for Christmas! One blanket for each family with a child, and one blanket for the grandparents, since they often babysit.
Hopefully they never have to use it,but better safe than sorry!
And to add to the Christmas story, my sister gifted my husband and me one for our house!

The packaging is excellent, with a reinforced hanging hole that makes it easy to hang in the garage, shed, cellar, etc. The package is reasonable in size - we have one in each of our vehicles, kitchen, basement, garage, and barn. Hope we never need one, but it's a good feeling knowing they are there to grab if needed.
