Honestly? Fabulous. Really, really good. At first it was the usual bot, and I'm old and don't have patience speaking with a machine, so I asked for a person, and guess what, I got a person to communicate with! The first young woman was very responsive, and then she put me across to another woman who was absolutely brilliant. Really sane, understanding, helpful, and kind. Good customer service is alive and well. Bravo Preply staff, bravo!!
