I like the easy clean and the fact that there is no dust. There is, however, still tracking on the floor. Even though I have a mat beside the litter box..

the product is everything it's advertised to be but the company shoukd either have a meeting with FedEx because their Incompetence will continue to inconvenience your clients and cost your company unnecessary money, I also called FedEx and put in a complaint with them

Wouldn't use any other litter. Staff friendly and extremely responsive to their customers. Very rare these days. Excellent customer service.

PrettyLitter got me just what I needed. I adopted a 2 month old kitten who was sick out of the gate. He had a very bad UTI so I ordered PrettyLitter so that I could stay on top of it which helped my peace of mind greatly. I did catch a couple more episodes that he had but unfortunately, there was more wrong with this little kitten. I'm so happy that I could make his little life better even if only for awhile.

I have a senior cat that pees a LOT. I switched from clay litter because his habit of peeing in the exact same spot would cause a puddle to form. First tried regular Pretty Litter, but now use the clumping one, and it works really well with the added bonus of tracking my cat's health!

This litter detected alkaline properties in my older cat's urine. I had a problem with the litter scattering. They suggested that I trim her paws because they were so furry. So I did, and that worked.
