I loved the cat litter but unfortunately I had to stop my autoship. My cat is 16 years old and frequent urine made the litter not last long. Will in the future come back if I get another cat. Thank you for the great service.

I prefer PrettyLitter over clay-based litter because of the low-odor and ease of clump removal. I don't have the necessary grip strength to power-scoop anymore at my age and I feel like PrettyLitter is a cleaner removal option than traditional litters.

While it is a little expensive, it has worked by detecting 2 UTI's on 2 different cats. One was a male, and we got him treatment before it became an emergency. The female's was also detected early so she was not in much discomfort.

Odor control has been a lifesaver, better than anything else I have tried. The litter mat and lack of dust has been an additional bonus by keeping the mess around the litter box to a minimum. So glad I gave it a try, Pretty Litter has been well beyond what I hoped for!

Pretty Litter was recommended to me by a co worker as I was looking to make a switch from the current brand I was using. I began using Pretty Litter around April 2026. My 2 star review I feel is generous as it was to not give a one star. The customer service, the delivery auto shipments were great but the product itself has left a more negative impression now. Initially when I first received the litter it was very unique and different. I was happy that my cat took the new litter right away. The first two months were great. Not much tracking especially with the special mat that it came with. It was often cleaner in the area prior to using this product but as time went on the whole bathroom area (I keep the box in the bathroom) became dusty. It is very think and visible every where. The counter, sink faucet, mirror, shelving, anything in the space just covered with dust. When my cat would use the bathroom and he’s digging or covering up his business the smell and dust was absolutely in the air. It is very clear it was in the air. The color identifiers have been ok but my review is majorly to do with the dust, the respiratory concerns, thickness, visibility and remnants of dust on visible and non visible items. I have decided to cancel my subscription and don’t see myself using the product further.

This product is easy to clean up and low smell throughout the house. If you keep up with it. You need to make sure to dispose of it every month or sooner. If you have multiple cats. This product does track a little bit so make sure you have something around your litter box to gather the litter that comes off your kitties paws

The product is great! I was told by a few friends that this litter was expensive, and not worth the cost. They told me to wean my kitten from this litter onto something sold at one of the big box club stores. I believed them and canceled my subscription even before my kitten was old enough to come home. Since I had the litter my friends gave me, I used it. My kittens breeder recommended this litter. We love it! We have a mat under the litter box but don't notice any tracking. The litter is very easy to scoop. Our kitten's waste is virtually odorless! Scooping daily, dumping monthly, and washing the litter box after dumping the used litter is SO easy! At least one of my friends has reconsidered her decision to stop using "the expensive" litter once she realized the cost, inconvenience and smell of the clay litter. A recent call to customer service was handled quickly and efficiently. Here's a hint- when the computer system asks how to help you, just type in "human please".

great litter. Never any litter box odors in my small apartment. Clean, easy to scoop. Never leaves any residue on the box or in the litter. Love the subscription and you earn points for great kitty stuff too.

I had an awful experience with my cat having an UTI. This resulted in a stressful, expensive (and scary!) trip the the ER. I had no idea something was wrong until I saw the blood and we rushed to the ER. Poor thing. Pretty litter may be a bit more expensive than other brands, but for us, you can not put a price on the peace of mind Pretty Litter offers. I can monitor her health daily and with ease now. I will never go back to a different litter. I am so grateful for Pretty Litter! We used to do the crystals, but my kitty prefers the clumping, which works great! She has been using Pretty Litter for the past 4 years.
