The time and effort they took to help and get another order out to me. Very good customer service.
The pleasure was all ours, Anthony. If you need anything else, we’ll be standing by and happy to help ✨️ Have a great day.
This is a wonderful company to deal with. I had some personal issues along the way and they were very understanding and didn't respond back like I was an idiot or someone they didn't want to do business with.
We care just as much about our cat parents, as we do about their kitties! ❤️ And we're so glad to hear your support experience with us was nothing less than exceptional. Thank you for choosing PrettyLitter, William! 😺
My experience with pretty litter has always been good, but lately it has been exceptional because a mama kitty had kittens under my bed. When they were old enough I moved them into a large playpen with an extension and needed a litter box. I used pretty litter and scooped daily and there was very little odor. For comparison, I initially tried buying some cheap clay litter because 5 kittens!! But I had to change it so often and the stench was unbearable so it did not end up saving me money. Five stars for pretty litter and their customer service department!
Thanks for the paws-itively amazing review, Julie! 😻 We’re thrilled to hear PrettyLitter is helping keep things clean and stress-free for you and your FIVE kitties. Your support means everything to us, and we’re proud to help make life a little simpler (and less stinky) at home. 🐾
This is the only little litter my cat will use. I love that we don’t have to do weekly changes and that it will inform me if my pet has any urine issues. The staff has been great to me and I suggest trying it even if only once.
Kitty approval is the highest compliment! 🐈️ We love hearing how PrettyLitter is helping you stay on top of your kitty’s health! 🐾 We're so glad it brings a little more confidence and care to your day-to-day. ❤️ Thank you!
We've been using Pretty Litter for our cat Tippy since she was a kitten. The color changing crystals help us watch for health issues. The clumping type makes cleaning her litter box easy, it also stops any odors. The staff at Pretty Litter are courteous and prompt to answer any questions or concerns.
This review is the cat's meow! 😻 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Ron. We're so happy to hear that PrettyLitter is keeping your home fresh, giving you peace of mind, and making life a little easier. Creating purr-worthy experiences for our cat parents is what we're all about. Thanks for trusting us with Tippy's care! ✨
PrettyLitter just saved us from having a major health emergency and $4k vet bill! Our male cat was exhibiting some odd behavior, so I decided to have him use the litter, right away, I could see it was dark blue and likely a UTI, then we also saw blood! We were able to get him to the vet for treatment before he developed a urinary blockage (which can be life threatening!) thank you PrettyLitter 🙏🏼
Thank you so much for sharing your story, Alysha! We’re so glad PrettyLitter helped you spot that color change early and get your kitty to the vet right away. Acting quickly makes such a difference, and you gave him exactly the care him needed. We’re sending your cat lots of love as he recovers — and we’re grateful PrettyLitter could give you that peace of mind. ❤️🐾
