Very Disappointed
I had been taking Volume for about 2 years. Always had good results and the taste was decent. I even tried the Alpha Coffee which was pretty good.
Then with the FDA issues they changed the formula. The first of August I finally received the 2 jars I had ordered back in February. I did get an email that the look was different (clear now instead of honey color). If that was the only change I'd be Okay. The taste is now like corn syrup and very thick. The previous formula worked well after a couple of days. Now nothing happens. I haven't decided if I will continue to use up what I ordered or trash them. There are other honey based supplements out there that I'll be trying.
The previous formula worked very well - I'd say excellent. It had the consistency of honey-molasses with a slight earthy grit. Then the company had an issue with the supplier who added a low level of a type of Viagra additive. They took it off the market for a while and moved production to the US. I credit the company for making good on this tainting screwup. I finally got my backorder. The new product is much thicker, crystal clear, and tasteless, almost like a thick corn syrup. I contacted the company who said it was the same formula but with more refined ingredients, and the effectiveness is delayed but will be as effective as the previous formula. So far, it is no where near the effectiveness of the original formula. About a week in and no real results.
I've used the product for over a year with satisfying results but honestly I knew within an hour of taking it something else had to be in it to be so predictable in terms of it's effectiveness and uptake. The revised product produces no noticeable effects - tastes "empty" of goodness and is not appealing as a clear syrup. It's clearly not the same and I won't be buying it anymore!
I have used Volume for over a year with excellent results. Then, manufacturing of the product hit a snag and they didn't ship out for several months, June-Aug 2026. Finally got their new formulation. Very disappointed. It doesn't work like the previous incarnation of the product. Nothing, no effect whatsoever. Maybe they had Sidenifil in it all along? And now with it removed, it really doesn't have the effectiveness they claimed and still claim? Disappointed to lose such a good product.
I have not received my Primal Herbs for over 3 months and they keep saying it is on it's way. Not happy about the customer service. It is just lip service. Good product when delivered but I'm still waiting.....
Primal Herbs knowingly sold and shipped Volume product containing Sildenfil
I subscribed to Primal Herbs "Volume" supplement from January -September 2025. At first the product worked really well...almost too well. Within a few days my morning wood was back and libido, too. I used the product through April and was amazed how well I responded to it. It felt like I was taking Cialis or Viagra, but they said it was all natural and that's why I ordered in the first place. About the middle of April I started to experience familiar side effects, which made me question whether the product really was all natural. I paused taking Volume for 1 month to reset. Around July (I think) Primal Herbs said they ran out of inventory. First it was Volume, next the D3-K2 supplement they provided gratis ran out, Never did ship it to me again. Then it was the dosing spoons. They didn't manage inventory very effectively. That was second time they ran out of product. Also, they didn't notify me they were out of product. I had to contact them. I didn't receive product in August. I was told they still hadn't replenished inventory. Then in September they shipped me two jars of Volume. During this time I still had 1 jar left and started feeling the side effects again. I googled Primal Herbs, Volume and a result came up for the FDA saying product was adulterated. I looked at the dates of the FDA's investigation and when Primal Herbs ran out of product and kept saying they were waiting on inventory and it was the same window of time. I reached out to the company and they were very casual in the reply they gave me. They blamed their facility, and said product that was tested was obtained from third party websites and not from Primal Herbs. I informed them I had experienced side effects and my product came from them. They said they were conducting their own investigation. I asked...demanded they share those findings with me and if the product was adulterated I would be suing them. I also demand my money back for every jar I purchased, which they obliged me. They never warned customers that their product had been tainted and could have caused great harm. Even when I said this to them they were very laissez faire about it. They covered up it. This company is very shady!
I ordered the first time on February and haven’t got my order yet . Then ordered another one on April and still haven’t got it yet . I text them and they told me that they are out of stock. The product is good but they are not making it anymore . I paid twice for 2 orders and haven’t got anything .
FYI : Dont order and waist your money till they figure out about the shipping situation

Now my question is! After the recall will it still be as good! NOTHING this good last long! Recall was 2/28/26!
I have 2 bottles left from the old batch! I’ll order 1 new bottle and see if it’s the same effect!

I ordered there Ceylon Cinnamon on Feb 26/26. It's now March 12/26 and the order hasn't even shipped. I can't comment on the product but the business end of this Company is horrible!

The Volume product is nothing like the other products I have ever taken. I am in my late 60's and I had ED issues for over 2 years a while back. I have been taking Volume for about a year and a half and this stuff is absolutely amazing!
