Well, I called and booked a porta potty. I was told it would have a handwashing station and a flushable toilet. The product was delivered this morning and there’s no flushable toilet only a hand wash station and I paid over $300 got completely ripped off I would not suggest using this company at all.

Nightmare
Where should I begin? I rented a porta-potty from this company for one week. The agreement was that it would be delivered on Wednesday, July 1, before 5:00 PM. Instead, the driver didn't show up until 8:00 PM, so I had to drive back to the site just to unlock the gate for them. Not a great start, but things happen, so I let it go. The porta-potty was scheduled to be picked up on July 7, but no one showed up. Again, I figured something came up and that they would either call me or arrive the next day. Neither happened. By Friday, July 10, I called to find out what was going on. I was told—for the first time—that it would be picked up that same day. It wasn't. By Wednesday, July 15, the smell had become so bad that my kids refused to play outside, so I called again. Once again, I was told it would be picked up that day. It wasn't. By Friday, July 17, it was still sitting there, so I called for the third time. I got the same promise, and, you guessed it... nothing happened. I called again on Wednesday, July 22. The representative apologized, assured me it would be picked up that same day, and even gave me his direct number so I wouldn't have to explain the situation every time I called. He told me this would be my last call because he was personally going to make sure it was taken care of. Well, today is Friday, July 24, and I'm currently on the phone with them. I've already been on hold for 45 minutes, and the porta-potty is still here. I honestly can't believe I've spent over four hours on the phone over the past three weeks trying to get something this simple resolved. Please save yourself the headache and hire a reputable company for your porta-potty or dumpster rental needs.
