Horrible service

In my opinion, this company is a full-blown fraud and scam. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. they overcharge customers for dumpsters they don’t even own and they rent them from other companies ( for cheap price ) just to overcharge you . I also believe they care more about collecting money than providing customer service. After I requested my dumpster be picked up, they left it sitting on the city right-of-way for almost two weeks. During that time, I kept calling and was constantly told, “tomorrow,” but it never happened. Because they failed to remove it, I ended up receiving a City citation. Then, after leaving the dumpster in a public area where anyone could throw trash into it, they tried charging me an additional $700. Even after I sent them the City’s documentation and explained everything, all they offered was a 15% discount. That’s a joke. They also acknowledged receiving my email with all of my documentation, yet they never responded to it in writing. Instead, they continue sending me invoices while ignoring my emails. After reading many other customer reviews, I’m not the only one who has experienced these kinds of issues. I encourage anyone thinking about using this company to read all the reviews—especially the negative ones cause all positive are fake )) Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company again.
