Reece was 100 percent CLUTCH from start to finish! I reached bout to home in a crisis to get a porta potty last minute! He assured me that not matter what he would get me tooken car of and he did just that! he will be my go to guy for any of my dispatch needs moving forward. He’s is amazing! Much appreciated

I was billed two months later for delivery change fee. I called and tried to get it removed and they would not.
We had a water main break right in…
We had a water main break right in front of our business. After calling within hours the porta potty was delivered. Same day-in a couple of hours. I am sure that all the employees appreciated the speed of service.
Exceptional customer service!
The customer service with this company was amazing. I originally set things up with Eli, who walked me through all of my options and was patient and knowledgeable. Our dumpster was a day late as the local company didn't have enough drivers, but Eli and Gabby were on top of things as they adjusted my contract with them to give me an extra day on the other end of the rental. I've had several communications with the company, each time with someone reaching out to make sure that we have what we need. 5 Stars!!!

I was not familiar with renting a dumpster and John wasc extremely helpful explaining all expectations from dropping of to picking up. Had a minor hiccup when dropping off but the driver quickly responded and corrected the problem right away. If I ever need to use a dumpster again Prime will be most go to. Thanks John
