I would avoid this company. As an independent crochet designer, I recently discovered that one of my original crochet patterns had been copied and listed for sale on Printerval by someone who has no rights to sell it. The listing was using my copyrighted design without my permission, meaning customers could unknowingly purchase stolen intellectual property. Marketplaces have a responsibility to act quickly when copyright infringement is reported and to have measures in place to reduce the sale of counterfeit and stolen digital products. At the time of writing this review, Printerval was allowing my work to be sold by a third party who had simply uploaded it as their own. If you're a designer, be aware that your work may not be adequately protected. If you're a customer, I'd be cautious about buying digital crochet patterns from this platform, as there's no guarantee the seller actually owns the rights to what they're selling. I have submitted a copyright takedown request and hope Printerval removes the listing promptly, but this experience has left me with very little confidence in the platform.

Unauthorized sale of copyrighted designs

My experience with Printerval has been extremely disappointing. I am the owner and designer of Lacus Design, creating original PDF sewing patterns for bags and accessories. I discovered that multiple of my copyrighted patterns were being listed and sold on Printerval without my permission, using my designs, pattern names, and images. I contacted Printerval several times through different channels to request removal. One listing was eventually removed after repeated follow-ups, but I then discovered additional unauthorized listings of my patterns still being sold on the platform. I am also aware of other independent pattern designers who have experienced similar issues with their work appearing on Printerval without authorization. Independent designers invest a great deal of time creating, testing, photographing, and supporting their patterns. I hope Printerval improves its process for handling copyright complaints and protecting creators’ work.

Appalling Products and Service.

Ordered a 3D figure and what came was a lump of black plastic that looks like burnt toner. Nothing like what we ordered. Customer service ignored whatsapp and email responses very slow. I am still awaiting a refund and resolution. Reported to Google advertising and suggest everyone does the same. Appaling service and products from my perspective.

Dishonest and corrupt

Dishonest and corrupt, this company promised me a full refund, yet they tried to black mail me after ignoring me for over 1 week. Steer clear of this company at all costs, not only do they steal intellectual property, they lie to customers and mislead about products they create. I would gladly have obliged, if they had honored the refund they promised me. The problem is, if you cancel a dispute, chances are you cannot re-open your dispute, and this company has a track record for deception, so I would surely lose my money.

Expected gnome, got 2D spike for ground

The product that is advertised looks like gnome statues, I.e, a 3D ornament for the garden, however when it arrived it is a 2D spike for the ground that looks absolutely nothing like the photo I provided, apart from the clothes being the same as the photo there is nothing else similar, it actually looks like 2 completely different people compared to the picture?

Not what I was expecting to get

Watching the video It looks like it has a 3D effect when the glass was fill with an amber liquid. When I received the glass it is nothing more than a decal stuck on the glass. No 3D effect whatsoever. Big disappointment and not worth $26 after tax and shipping.

The one change that would significantly improve my overall rating of your service is faster delivery. Had I known in advance that the order would take as long as it did, I would not have placed it. Clearer communication about expected delivery times would make a meaningful difference in my experience.

Graphic font was 1/3 the size of the image when purchased, hat itself was simply put weird. Order itself was shipped internationally and took forever to arrive. Overall not a good experience.
