The item advertised was nothing like the one received. I was expecting a cartoon version of my picture in 3d. I received a pice of shaped pacrylic with a photo stuck to the back of it. The size was a lot smaller than stated in width. I complained and after several e-mails got a £5 refund for something that had ciost £25. Would've use this company again. Totally misleading advertising.

If I could give less than one star I would. The products I ordered were so leaving from what the ad said and from what I received I was ordering three what I thought would genuine Lego products for the 250th anniversary of the country what came was a toy that could barely fit in your hand that was already together and yet if you touched it it the wheel broke immediately plus one of the other parts came broken. When I contacted this company I have not gotten a response for 2 weeks other than to say once that they were looking into it. I bought three items one arrived the other two never did I'm hoping I actually canceled them but I saw it no refund at all it was worse than a bait and switch. I can't believe they have any positive reviews. Their product was a fraud that customer service is non-existent. If I could show a picture of the piece of crap that I got that I paid $70 for it wouldn't even be sold at a dollar store. Again it said no it was Lego and Not only was it not Lego it wasn't even fake building blocks or anything it was just a cheap thing already put togerher . buyer beware I ordered the item in early June to get it for July 4th and arrived 3 weeks after that from Hong Kong. I've never written a negative review like this ever. Stay away if you insist on buying you better read the small print
Doesn’t look the same In person.
Do not use this company. All images of products are AI Generated they look great however when the product arrives prepare to be disappointed. I ordered what looked like a free standing ornament on a solid base (AI). When it arrived it was a cheap acrylic 5mm thick spiked plant pot insert. Ad was and is very misleading.
I absolutely love my Spiderman shirt. It is extremely comfortable and the quality is exceptional. It was incredibly affordable and delivery time was great. I can highly recommend Printerval and would definitely use them again. There range and designs are brilliant.
Shady doings with this company from start to finish. Wrong size. Delayed shipping. Flat out lies. Poor quality printing.
Product is of excellent quality, but it took “forever” to arrive!
I brought a hoodie from them, it's not great quality material, the item is not worth the money, with shipping it was £35. The writing, picture etc looks like they are just iron on, not great quality and looks like they'll come off in the first wash. The delivery took ages. If you're looking for a quality item that will last then this is not for you.
I would not recommend ordering from Printerval. They sent me the wrong item, and despite providing photos and contacting customer support immediately, I have received little to no communication. I was promised a response within 24–48 hours, but weeks later I am still waiting for a resolution and a refund. Poor customer service and lack of follow-through have made this a very frustrating experience. Buyers should be aware that if there’s a problem with an order, getting help or a refund may be extremely difficult.
This company is a scam, you order an item and they send something completely different and then you email, email they answer and you don't hear back from them again.

Needed a shirt for an 80s themed party and this one was perfect! Exactly as described, looked great and good quality. Fast shipping too - arrived right in time. I would definitely shop here again.
Order is not what was described or what I wanted! It arrived weeks later to expected delivery date and it’s supposed to be a statue/ornament but it’s a piece of 2d plastic with a sticker on the back! Complete scam and no easy way of getting a refund or returning items

took way to long arrived could not pass over my shoulders i ordered it larger thing you would send it toooooo small, but you sent it WAY too small I asked about a return you want pictures measurements then you will decide 24 to 48 hrs later.
