Scam company

Scam company. Did not cancel my order within 10 minutes of being placed. Have all the photo proof I need for chargeback from my bank though. Did not reply to any of my emails. Do not order from here at all costs!!

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered three shirts, and the first one was apparently lost in transit. Although I provided my correct shipping address when placing the order, I repeatedly had to explain and resend my address because I was told they didn’t have the correct information. It became an endless cycle of emails without any resolution. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since June. Now I’m being told that I have to file the claim for the missing package myself. At this point, I don’t even want the shirt anymore. The other two shirts did arrive, but they looked nothing like the photos advertised. The quality was very disappointing. The company advertises that they are accommodating with returns if you’re not satisfied, but that has not been my experience. Instead, I’ve received nothing but a runaround, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation. Overall, I wasted my money on products that did not match their advertising and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

The item could not be described as a fleece blanket - it is thin and flimsy.

The company is at best a front for fraud and defrauding customers. You don’t answer your phones!

I didn’t receive the product I ordered. And worse they kept sending me and charging me for products I did not order. This company is acting a middleman for chinese fraudsters! Do your own research!

Total Scam! Byer Beware

I ordered a set of 6 hexagon shelves. Never received them. I emailed them and the first time I got a response that said the order was cancelled but I had not received a refund so they would look into it. That was months ago. Never heard anything from them since, and when I try to get in contact with them again, it's always an automated response that gets me nowhere. When I looked up the shelves again on printerval to leave a 1 star review, I click on the item and it gives an error message as if the shelves no longer exist. They scammed me- took my money and never sent me anything and there's nothing I can do about it, except warn people to stay away from companies like these that scam people!

The picture was deceiving. I was looking for an ornament, not a picture of an ornament on a piece of plexiglass for the cost of these. It's horrible. I want a refund immediately

Product was poor quality and did not fit. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks now and replies are slow and not helpful. Refund or money off was offered but the link to receive this was not helpful, just sends me round in circles. I just want my money back! Very poor service.

This company is a mess do not waste your time. I ordered 5 shirts for my son's 1st birthday with 4 different name and they have sent 5 shirts with nana on like my son have 5 freaking grandmother's in different sizes. Total waste of my time. Do not use this company!! Terrible customer service. They take long to reply as well asking you over and over for the same stupid things!!!

For US orders: Be cautious when choosing your size. Even though the order appears to be placed with a company here in the US, the clothing is apparently made over seas and shipped from there. Just like typical Chinese clothes from other companies, they don’t size exactly like we do here in the US. My order was for a women’s 2X shirt yet what I received fits more like a standard US XL. The material is nice although kind of thin. The design was also nice and although the base color was slightly different from what’s on the site it still turned out okay.

I wished it had been a scam

Honestly, when Printerval kept showing up in my Google searches, I assumed the whole time it was going to be a scam. Then the products actually arrived at my house, and at that moment I wished it HAD been a scam, better to be gullible than an idiot. The fabric quality, the print quality, the sizing/fit, and the design are all horrible. The design is clearly AI-generated, and the fabric feels like it was made for anything except clothing. It's the kind of thing you'd find in the most hidden corner of AliExpress with the worst reviews, except way more expensive. Horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
