Easy and straight forward

There are clear instructions

There are clear instructions for designing the correct size of image files, and good feedback if the size will print clearly. The profit settings and shipping settings work well, and the integrations also are reliably performed.

MISPRINT & GHOSTING

Everything was fine and good until Printful made a misprint on my design, and I needed customer support. Then you are on your own. I have reached out seven emails, fr one product and I got one response asking for information ( already given) and now expereince the ghosting of Printful Support and Printful Customer Service. So, everything is obviously ok until you Need SUPPORT FROM THEIR MISTAKES. So sad, this one experience- being ignored- emails, images, pleas, all go unanswered--- this EXPEREINCE has HIGHLIGHTED Alarm bells.

Bad for Australia

If you are Australia-based, Printful isn't for you. It advertises itself as basically being a good option for Australia-based creators selling in Australia, but it's terrible. Almost all products are not fulfilled from Australia. I don't even think there's one hat design available in Australia. It's also not as transparent as it should be; good luck checking if one of your products is pritned using DTG or DTFlex - even the chatbot and human support (which takes a day, by the way) can't tell you where to find this info. It needs to be more transparent, and they need better fulfilllment for Australia. I feel like I wasted a lot of time on Printful just to find out nothing is available for me. Would not recommend.

Etsy store to TikTok integration EASY PEESY

I already had an Etsy store (SEIKOU By RG) that's in the works & I was a little hesitant at first because I was afraid it would be complicated. But the transition to moving and publishing my previous designs to my TikTok Shop is actually simple and quick. If you are a small business looking for good mock-ups, also check out Photoroom. I just found them and has helped a lot with getting models and product images. Check out my TikTok Shop on my page(@dahtboiirg), and you can see the type of product images you can create. Also, feel free to message me, and I'll happily show you how to navigate the site and give tips that I have found. Us small businesses have to work together in this economy lol. It's effortless syncing Printful to my…

It's effortless syncing Printful to my website. It is kinda challenging to create a product on Printful though. The lag/buffering time to edit designs is rough. Figuring out the templates/published uploads and saved items can be confusing also. I DO absolutely LOVE all-over print and icons!

I love using Printful

I love using Printful. It integrated easily to our Etsy store and trying out our designs on products and doing mockups is very user friendly.

Ever since they did this consolidation…

Ever since they did this consolidation where they took away the factory out of North Carolina and shift everything to the West Coast production has been slow quality has been pretty trash. Shipping times are slow production times are slow they tell you that it’s 3 to 5 days to be complete whatever that you’re getting done, but an actual value it takes 5 to 10 days to get that done and then when they’re supposed to get you your stuff by a certain day it shows up a week later and then they don’t offer any compensation. Now all of a sudden when I get shirts there either not printed the right way they printed back where is it printed upside down and then I gotta get them remade which is a hassle can’t get anybody on Customer Servise she gotta do things through text. But just wait when I run for office and order for you to do business in the state of Virginia, you’re gonna have to have a call soon just remember I’m letting you all know this.
