I've seen some big, positive changes in Rrintiful. Design tools and mockups have been improved. The ability to work with training materials has been added, which is very valuable for me as someone who doesn't speak English well. It's now possible to dub training videos in other languages.

Slow System & Troubleshooting
I reduced it to 1 star. If I could give a 0 I would. Non existent customer service! _____________________________________________________ I wish the platform were more efficient. It's often slow, unresponsive, or stuck in endless loops, which can be extremely frustrating when time is of the essence. More recently: • Multiple listing-editing issues that I can't access due to endless loading loops. • A shipping address generated with two different cities, followed by support responding about delivery delays instead of answering the actual question. The overall user experience and support process could use significant improvement, as it's costing me valuable time.

Disingenuous delivery estimates
average quality at best. Don't fall for their estimated delivery time, it took a lot longer than that. I would have gone with a different (and cheaper) provider for the same quality if I had known it would take them this long. Especially with the super high delivery fees they charge

Lost both my orders (Evri & DHL)
Lost my order (Evri) and then refused a refund despite the lack of evidence the parcel was delivered to the designated address because they "trust their shipping partners". The second order was by their own admission "lost in transit"(DHL). Totally unreliable, unprofessional and unsympathetic. No business owner should trust them based on this experience. 09/06/26 2 days ago you said below you would investigate and reach out. Since then I've heard nothing from you. Are you having a laugh?

I am so happy that ebay is finally…
I am so happy that ebay is finally doing this! I think the mockups are super helpful and allow me to post very quickly. I also appreciate using the website more than the app. The website has a lot of cool options. I would love to be able to adjust the mockups by adding backgrounds to the standard mockups. Sometimes it is challenging to have the mockups that are created on the website to upload to the post. I love this! So far, so good. Now if only there was a way to improve having our items purchased!!! So far, I have only been using this printful/ebay integration for about a week!
