Completely unreliable service

They printed and delivered an incorrect design on my t-shirt to my client causing a significant disruption to my shop and negatively impacting the credibility of my business. When I reached out to them for a reasonable resolution for a fault on their end, they ceased their communication with me with no replies or acknowledgement. This is not how you do business, if you have no intent to take full accountability for your promised service. I am seriously disappointed and appalled by their customer service - will never use them again, nor recommend it to anyone. Also noticed they have no Google review available. I will be moving onto a different provider from now on.

Membership issues, repeated delays, sync problems.

I had several serious issues with Printful in the same week, and as a new seller this has really damaged my trust in the platform. First, on June 13, I paid for a Printful membership, but my account still showed as a free member. For the next few days, I was repeatedly told that the issue would be solved “today” or “tomorrow,” but nothing was actually fixed. By June 16, after waiting around 3 days, the issue was still not resolved, so I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be sent on June 16, but it was sent one day later, on June 17. Then I had a fulfillment/sync issue with two customer orders. I had changed the print file in my Printful published products 9 days earlier, but the fulfilled orders still appeared to use the old, lower-quality file instead of the updated file. This is a serious problem because it directly affects customer orders and my shop’s reputation. I contacted Printful live chat and was told I would be transferred to the Platform Support Team, with an estimated wait time of 5–15 minutes. I waited around an hour in the chat. The team only answered 4–6 hours later, and by then the items had already been shipped without my confirmation or a clear resolution. I understand that individual support agents may be doing their best, and I do not want to blame them personally. But from a seller’s point of view, the overall experience was very disappointing. Membership issues, repeated delays, sync problems, and shipping items before properly confirming the issue are not acceptable when customer orders are involved. I expected more reliability and clearer communication from a platform like Printful.

Poor service

Overall, the website is user-friendly and offers good features. However, the customer support is virtually non-existent. There is no phone number, emails receive no replies, and the live chat frequently freezes, making it nearly impossible to reach a human agent.

Unintiuative product maker. E.g if you change anything little thing, such as printing technique, it will swap sleeve design to the wrong arm without warning. Safer to redesign it from scratch. Printing positions are not clear and don't seem to have clear measurement? More of a hope and pray. They use different manufacturers for almost everything so avoid for eco friendly since you cant guarentee where it's being shipped from. And naturally the refund policy may as well be a no refund policy in execution, since they don't want to take back custom orders. Which would make sense, if everything else wasn't so difficult to get what you need out of them. When it works, it can be decent. But expect to waste money and time on getting the right prints. Just try other services first.

Printful + Shopify: Great for Long-Term Success, Costly for Beginners.

Very easy integration between Shopify and Printful. Orders are automatically sent to Printful for fulfillment. Custom branding options (inside labels, packing slips, branded packaging) help you create a real clothing or merchandise brand.Shopify is one of the best ecommerce platforms and scales well as your store grows.

We have been a Printful customer for quite some time and have generally had a positive experience. However, we recently encountered a serious issue with two orders destined for Australia. After the orders were placed, we were informed at the final stage that Printful was unable to fulfill and ship the products to Australia due to export/customs restrictions. This was particularly surprising given Printful's published announcement regarding the expansion of its services in Australia. Unfortunately, this situation left us unable to fulfill our customers' orders and caused disappointment for both us and our buyers. If you operate an Etsy store or rely on international sales, we recommend carefully verifying product availability and destination-country restrictions before listing products for sale through Printful. We hope Printful improves transparency regarding shipping limitations so that sellers can avoid similar situations in the future.

If I can give negative stars I’ll give them. Didn’t delivered on time as they promised and they have an ai tool as customer service! Stay away from this scammers Based on their response to me through customer service "Sheltering yourself in the mega fine print of your terms of service is not only lame, it should serve as a warning as the level of respect you'll treat a customer.". You're range of 3 day for delivery should be honored.
