printful has allowed me to do something i never thought id be able to do and that is start a business, so far ive designed a online boutique store, coupled with square my user experience has been great and a big learning curve. my only gripe is the amount of all over print dresses are quite limited and would love to see more dresses added to use my designs on.

Weeks of delay and conflicting explanations over a clear embroidery defect
I ordered custom embroidered shirts through Printful. When they arrived, the logo didn't match what I'd approved: it was noticeably larger than the dimensions I'd specified, and the color was orange instead of the red I had selected.
Getting this resolved took a long time and multiple support interactions. I was passed between a chatbot and two different support agents over roughly 45 minutes in a single session, with repeated waits of 5–15 minutes between replies, and the issue overall took several weeks to work through. The first agent initially addressed a different problem (a missing delivery) before I clarified the actual issue was a manufacturing defect, not a shipping one.
When I raised the size and color discrepancy, I was told it matched an "approval sheet" I had signed off on. However, that approval sheet was a zoomed-in image with no printed dimensions or color values, so there was no way to verify the changes from it before approving. Support gave me two different explanations for the color difference in the same conversation — first that the thread's sheen made red appear orange, then that it had been digitized correctly as red but "shifted" in appearance. Ultimately I was told a refund or reshipment wasn't possible because the order matched the approval sheet.
What I'd suggest to improve: approval sheets should show exact dimensions and color values (not just a zoomed image) so customers can meaningfully verify changes before approving them, and support responses should be consistent when explaining a discrepancy.
I ended the interaction by asking to close my account, as I didn't feel confident ordering custom products through this process again.

They dont allow you to sell unless you are based in Europe or America, there claim of selling worldwide does not allow to sell products in the United Arab Emirates, it should allow to sell merchendise anywhere, not ban sertain countries, this in addition to their buggy API connections!
