Printful is quite perfect for me

Printful is quite perfect for me, I sell t-shirts, stickers and posters. I've found the customer service to be very nice and fast, and so far have had no issues that couldn't be fixed. They ship out the orders fast, and are helpful if I need priority shipping (for instance when a customer is in a hurry for some reason). There are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I'm very pleased with Printful.

Do not use printful to scale you POD business

We did some test prints and everything came out fantastic, so we decided to build our new business around it and set up several designs on the platform. We started selling, gathered a batch of orders and placed a second test order with 7 products — and that's where the nightmare begins: 3 days after placing the order we found out that a men's black XL tank top — IN SUMMER — was out of stock across all of Europe and would be shipped from the US with possible extra charges. We cancelled that product, and only then did we learn that you have to check availability product by product on the website. We checked, saw it was available in navy blue, and placed another order in that colour (paying extra shipping costs). 4 days later we get a notice that the same order is on hold because one of the t-shirts is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back. ANOTHER STOCK PROBLEM ON THE SAME ORDER! We tried to check colour availability from the app and… YOU CAN'T. We go to the website and, surprise, it shows every size available in that colour. The only way to find out which colours are actually available is to open a chat, get past an AI, and manage to reach a human. Can anyone imagine scaling a POD business under these conditions?? I can't. We've wasted time building a structure and designs on their platform, and now we'll have to start over with a different supplier.

If you are ever in doubt about whether to go with Printful to take care of your business, take a moment and take the leap. You will sure to be glad you did.

At first it all seems like a challenge,but as I take my time to get my shop open I realised that all the tools were available and just require focus and determination. This is my second 1-star review, and unfortunately my experience with Printful continues to be disappointing. One of the biggest issues is inventory management. Products frequently go out of stock, and the synchronization between Printful, Shopify, and Etsy is often delayed. As a result, customers were able to purchase products that were already unavailable, leading to fulfillment delays and forcing me to find replacement products at the last minute. When I did find a suitable replacement, updating the product was far from straightforward. The website repeatedly glitched during the process. I contacted customer support, and after waiting over two hours while they attempted to troubleshoot the issue, no solution was provided. The only recommendation was to delete the out-of-stock products and manually recreate them. For a store owner managing multiple designs across multiple sales channels, this is incredibly time-consuming. In my case, I have six different designs using this product across two separate shops, making the process unnecessarily complicated. I've only been using Printful for two months and have already encountered four major issues. In contrast, I use another print-on-demand provider for printing services and have experienced zero issues, along with fast, transparent, and effective customer support. The recurring problems I've encountered with Printful include: - Delayed inventory syncing with Shopify and Etsy - Out-of-stock products remaining available for purchase - Fulfillment delays due to out of stock products - Inconsistent product quality (test order received different hats...) - Expensive manufacturing costs for lower-quality materials (something you could purcahse at a dollar store and they charge $15+ shipping. - Website glitches and technical issues - Slow and ineffective customer support - $23+shipping for 1 pair of socks.... Who is buying this and making a profit? At this point just remove it from the catalog because it looks like a joke. - Surprise $90 duty fees :( As a business owner, I need reliable systems and responsive support. Unfortunately, my experience with Printful has been the opposite, and these ongoing issues have negatively impacted both my operations and my customers' experience. I had a marketing campaign set up to launch and the products just went out of stock without notice. I am so disappointed. After spending months setting up designs in Printful, I will have to find an alternative. So disappointing.

Great selection of products and…

Great selection of products and designs. However, adding to my site and then trying to edit something like the price or the picture often doesn't work well. It's especially frustrating when I edit the price on the Printful page, hit "save price" and yet the price on the site doesn't change.

Terrible

Terrible. Customer service is not helpful at all. Shirts arrived with the print completely incorrect. The preview before placing the order looked great. The shirts delivered are wrong. No help whatsoever. I'm so frustrated, stay away from Printful my friends.
