Terrible customer service and quality

They only offer DTG in Europe with a small print area and the print does not match the preview given on the website. Terrible customer service that I had to hunt down on several different occasions to get an answer, only for them to not be helpful at all and end the the chat abruptly. Had a customer that got their order and the print was way darker than advertised. They refused to compensate in any way and gave me the same standardized answer every time. Considering their prices compared to their competitors, I'd choose another PoD-service, since the quality of both the prints and the customer service is utter garbage.

Poor Quality of Work

I have ordered T-shirts from Printful on numerous occasions, in an attempt to give this company the benefit of the doubt, and there has never been a single time when the print on the shirt is straight and centered. Today I received yet another printed shirt with the print off center and slanted. Poor quality of work

I have placed two orders at Printful…

I have placed two orders at Printful and both were delivered late. One order was a gift for a holiday and it didn’t arrive in time but of course I couldn’t refund as it was a custom print. The second order was a poster that arrived scratched. If you estimate a three day window for delivery, I expect it to be delivered in that window not two days after!

Installed the app on my website and added products to my store. The very first order was "lost" without any update from the company until the upset customer reached out to me. Printful allegedly requested a replacement. This was also "lost." Once again, didn't find out until the upset customer reached out to me. They paid for a product, waited 6 weeks, didn't get the product, didn't get an explanation, didn't get an update, and didn't get a refund... for something that was supposed to arrive in a matter of days. She ended up never receiving the product she needed for an event. So thanks Printful, for harming my business!

I rarely leave negative reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but now going on a month of trying to resolve my concerns directly with Printful, I feel it's important to share my experience so other business owners will make sound decisions for their business. I operate a small business and trusted Printful to fulfill customer orders on my behalf. Unfortunately, several orders remained in "Waiting for Fulfillment" or "Being Fulfilled" far beyond the estimated production times. My customers did not receive tracking information, and after weeks of waiting, the orders were ultimately canceled instead of being completed. As a business owner, this immediately put me in a difficult position. I was responsible for explaining the delays to my customers even though fulfillment was outside of my control. It damaged customer confidence in my business. What happened next was even more concerning. Despite the affected orders never reaching my customers, I later found myself dealing with payment disputes and additional fees related to those same orders. From my perspective, I was being asked to pay for services that were never successfully completed. I repeatedly requested documentation to better understand what happened, including: - Production history - Production completion dates - Shipping carrier information - Tracking numbers - Proof of shipment - Proof of delivery - Clarification regarding refunds and where they had been issued Obtaining clear answers proved to be extremely difficult. Communication was slow, explanations varied depending on the representative, and I struggled to receive the documentation needed to understand or verify the charges. The situation eventually resulted in restrictions on my account while the disputes remained unresolved, preventing me from operating my business normally. Instead of focusing on serving my customers, I spent countless hours corresponding with customer support, gathering records, and attempting to obtain straightforward answers. I understand that no company is perfect and mistakes happen. My greatest disappointment was not simply that problems occurred, it was the lack of transparency, the difficulty obtaining supporting documentation, and the lengthy process required just to seek clarification. As someone who has worked with many vendors over the years, I value accountability and clear communication. Unfortunately, those were the areas where my experience with Printful fell short. I sincerely hope Printful improves its order management, customer support, dispute resolution process, and communication with merchants. Small business owners depend on fulfillment partners, and when something goes wrong, transparency and timely support are essential. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared in the hope that it encourages meaningful improvements for future customers.

Printful is a terrible company

Printful is unfortunately a terrible company. I am a US soldier and tried to order hoodies from them. I confirmed with them beforehand that they were available. When I tried to order the hoodies they claimed they were not in stock. They also have caused me significant trouble while trying to get my money back for the canceled order. They could not fulfill. At the same time I tried ordering shirts from them. Because I called the hoodie order in dispute from them because they charged me for a product I did not receive. They took out retribution and canceled half of my shirt order. I have yet to receive my refund for the shirts I did not receive. Printful has not been very accommodating nor remorseful. There are plenty of other companies out there that are pro Military and do not take advantage of deployed members. I do not recommend this company.
