Pictures came out blank and I notified customer service and I never heard back. I had to order pictures again from another website.

The paper and print quality is excellent, this is why I use them. However, the white border cuts are hit and miss, I have ordered several times and they never are consist. I have had them reprinted when it is a larger order that is very important, but this last one was 15 prints and not one border was the same width as the other three, real thumbs down considering the quality and cost per print is high.

I have used Printique for my children’s memory books for 5 years. I have been extremely happy with photo results. My photos have been 35+ years old and even the ones tagged low resolution have printed beautifully! I have stayed with the layflat hardcover books. I use the luster paper and create my own layouts most of the time. However, I do sometimes use ones available. If you have photos from your phone I think the numerous options for books would be great. My photos are just so old that using my own layouts seem to work best. I highly recommend Printique! Their product is so much better than a few others I had tried previously. They are worth the money!

I've used Printique, and originally Adorama, for many years. This is a top-notch photo processing company! I receive large prints for my home art-gallery style decor in a few days to a week. Print quality and speed of production were 5 Star. The mounting of the print was not precise, but the frame will hide it. 4 Stars for the mounting.
