UPDATE: Jumps from 3 to 5 Stars!!!! This is my updated review. My original review is included at the end.... Upon reading my review Personalized Paper Manufacturing Group contacted me--quickly! They offered to reprint my entire order at no cost. They assured me the problem I had with the adhesive was not typical. I explained that I was changing the original form based on feedback from our staff. They said that was still fine. They would print it for for free. We exchanged a couple of emails getting the proofs the way I wanted them. They printed them and FedEx'd the new forms. They were perfect and will be handed out this week. What impressed me was this personal attention (a phone call) for a measly $30 order. I even explained over the phone we have an extremely low volume of printing work and it was not worth their trouble and expense. They still insisted on redoing the work. Granted this was a small cost to them in terms of materials, but it easily took more human capital to make it right than the gross cost of the original order. Color me Impressed. The original complaint... The service was very good. Easy to submit my design, the speed of printing, the cost of the product, the speed of delivery, were all very good. The only problem was with the temporary adhesive. The adhesive on the back of any sheet transferred adhesive to the front of the sheet behind it. We only want adhesive one side. If there were post-it notes on several documents in a stack all the pages in the stack were sticking together. I inquired about this, and never received a reply.

There were questions about the quality…

There were questions about the quality of the image I provided and its output. I was contacted immediately. I confirmed my submission and negated their quality concerns. This was a high-quality product that I would order again.

This was my second order for notepads. I do bus trips and the quality and printing are outstanding. I give these notepads as a Christmas gift to my travelers.

Poor construction

I was so excited to order some note pads that I had designed for a church event. When they arrived they look great and as good as I thought they would. Sadly that quickly change when I stared to hand them out. The glued edge was not done very well and many pages were falling off. Almost every pad had pages falling off. I know I paid for faster shipping, I didn't know that meant the quality would suffer.
