UPDATE! Changed to 5⭐️ due to the customer service I received after my review. I really appreciated that they reached out to make things right!! ————— Ordered 3x3 sticky notepads but they were not 3x3. Contacted them just to be ignored a couple days. Complete trash and a waste of money.

Personalized paper manufacturing was very communicative with me and walked me through the process because I ordered it wrong and they were able to adjust and their prices are very reasonable. I’m going to redesign and do it again. But they did one heck of a job! And part of that process as a business owner myself, is their customer service is on point and excellent. They do very good quality work.

The memo pads turned out great however; our company information was extremely difficult to read as it was too small. This was the first time working with your company and I relied upon your knowledgeable team to ensure the product would come out as expected. The proof that I approved was readable and I was expecting that same size to be on the memo pads - I was disappointed

Printing is not an everyday thing in our line of business, but PPS walked us through every step. They were so responsive, no phone tag or waiting for emails. Our full-color journals arrived carefully packaged and exactly as expected. This is our second order, and we will be back next year!
