Good reliable company with excellent products. The 3 part NCR booklets with wrap around were perfect. I couldn't find them anywhere only here.

The reason for the 3-star rating comes down to the ordering and proofing process. After submitting our order, we requested a minor revision to the proof the same day we received it. We returned the corrected version within 24 hours and received confirmation that it had been received. From there, the process slowed considerably. It took about a week to receive the updated proof, another week before we received confirmation it had been approved, and then we were informed there were "technical issues" on their end. In total, our order of 1,000 notepads arrived about three weeks after it was placed. To their credit, communication was responsive whenever we reached out. However, we were repeatedly told the order would ship "the next day," and those estimates continued to slip over several days, which made it difficult to plan around the delivery. In the end, we're happy with the quality of the product. My recommendation is to make sure your artwork and proof are finalized before placing your order, as the process appears to move much more smoothly when no revisions are required.

7☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ actually (out of 5) I sent TWO photos that were sub-quality and they messaged me and let me know that I should try a better / different option. They were SO kind and patient with me. I ended up with notebooks that I am proud of and everyone loves to receive! If you arent sure about your choices, you should be sure they are the choice you DO make.

We are a small not-for-profit, and we ordered sticky notes and notepads. They were great! Color was just as shown, the site was easy to maneuver, and it was nice to not have to order giant quantities but still receive a good price! The quality of the sticky note is awesome and they don't fall off. We will order again from this company!
