I ordered a hard copy proof, I received a message from someone saying I never approved it, so I went and approved it, and then the full printed order and the hard copy proof arrived on the same day. I've never had these issues before, but this process was so confusing and disappointing. I feel their process and customer service has really gone down hill recently.

After I learned the process, it was quick and easy for me.
Ordering was easy, shipment was estimated correctly and arrived on time. I had already pre-built my design on my own so it was really just a matter of uploading. The actual printed version was not as clear and precise as the proof - the image came out a bit blurry. Additionally, the original and the carbon do not align perfectly- the carbon copies are printed just slightly to the left of the original which thankfully won't affect the boxes we need to fill but it does kind of play tricks with your eyes in determining where to write. All in all - it will function as needed but quality control could be improved.
The stickers I ordered were of good quality. My only complaint is the lettering is not as bold as it seemed when I ordered them. The print appeared a lot bolder on the computer than what they actually are.
Prices are way too expensive. I used to buy these invoices from you guys a lot cheaper for a lot more copies.
Very poor customer service. I have been doing business with Printrunner for the past six years, but unfortunately, my experience has become increasingly frustrating. I frequently receive incorrect products, which causes delays and unnecessary inconvenience. I was assigned an account manager, Mes, who appears to have limited product knowledge and experience. Whenever I ask for information or assistance, simple issues often become more complicated instead of being resolved efficiently. As a long-term customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism, product expertise, and support. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered.
Shipment arrived but I ordered a business card with front and back designs. The front came out perfectly. However, the back was printed in black and white! Please help me resolve this....
Competitive pricing, design tools good. Easy ordering. Good email follow up & tracking. Precision adjustments in design tool difficult, need more detailed instructions. Top glue on pads very thin, pages easily come loose.
I have used Print Runner for decades. For my business the have the best quality, turn around times and price. I have only been disappointed once in the 25 years I've worked with them. They made it right at their expense. I use their design tools. It is easy and gives me the results I want. Their postcard stock is better than others. I will continue using them. They are the perfect fit for our business.
