Fast support and stable service

I have been using PrivadoVPN with a Premium subscription for four years. Recently I ran into an issue in the Windows app that affected access to some services. I contacted support and they responded very quickly. They stayed in touch the whole time, asked for a few logs and screenshots, made adjustments on their side, and clearly explained what was going on. After following all their instructions (logging out of the account, restarting the app, and logging back in), everything started working normally again on all my devices. As a nice gesture, they also added 2 extra weeks to my subscription. Overall, I am satisfied with both the service itself and the level of support.

I signed up for a 30 day premium and it got auto renewed without my consent. I contacted them the day it got auto renewed and they refused to refund me. Closed my account due to their misleading services and bad customer service.

the Phantom mode is excellent for ad blocking

I'm really enjoying the phantom mode to block ads on websites, I didn't realise that it was so good until I used a phone that didn't have it on. I like that I can use the ad blocking without using a connection to a VPN I recently had reason to contact support and on hearing the tone on my phone that says a response by email was received a minute later, I was surprised to read the response was an actual response and not an automated "we will reply to you later email" fixed my problem and was friendly too!

Almost location is virtual create from NL. -Dose it give enought bandwidth? Yes, and up to 1000Mbps. -Dose it give enought protocols? Yes, including OpenVPN and Wireguard, also support Obfuscation. the bad point, when your plan nearly outdate, you will get email and warning your account will stop working if without renew plan. (meaning you can not use same account to use free plan) and they stop my account before the plan actually .outdate in bill, so extra free 3 month was fake. edit1: When Trustpilot asking me to provide some extra information within 3 days after privado replyed. Now, it's 3 day late, still no more change for my account and no any email in my inbox (junkbox checked). Remenber, if one oneline tools service company only service within speech, just ignore and move on.No reason to waste your time and your mind. edit2: down to 1 star for no answer.

Privado Support Staff Does It Right!!

Last night, I was unable to connect to the VPN, so I filled out the online Help form and sent it off to Privado Support. This morning, their email requesting the connection data was waiting for me, I easily generated it for them and emailed it back. They then set me the detail and very steps to fix the problem (apparently a network connection issue), I followed their instructions, re-started my Windows 10 pc, and voila, it was fixed and works fine now. The Support folks were very clear and precise, and the tasks I needed to perform were easy to find and execute. I wish other company's support was as good and as quick as Privados!!

Fast, cheap, feature-rich but not audited

PrivadoVPN is a cheap solution offering many server locations around the globe. I'm using it since February 2026. Mostly I use servers in Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Since today, there has been a new multihop feature, which I previously only knew from more expensive providers. The feature makes a good first impression, although I cannot verify whether it actually uses true multihop routing. I can always use my full bandwidth, so the VPN itself is not a bottleneck. However, DNS resolution sometimes takes longer than without the VPN, especially when using VPN servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to access Google services. Please fix this issue. The kill switch works well on iOS, macOS, and Windows 11, which is great if you do not want to accidentally expose your IP address. You can also choose between different protocols. While this is a very basic feature, it is still important enough to mention. For this price, I think it is basically a no-brainer. However, you still have to trust the provider because there are currently no published independent audits. I hope they will provide one in the future.

Also its privacy policies and their move from Switzerland to Iceland to avoid intrusive EU privacy Laws fits my requirement from any serious VPN service With the current 90% discount offer for 24 months (+3 months bonus) there are very few other VPNs that can compete with it For my kind of usage its perfect. 5 stars

Usless VPN service

Installed this PrivadoVPN on my Windows 10 pc as wanted the FREE VPN for minor use. Set up user name & email but cannot log in. Everytime I try to log in, it says "wrong email or password". This is crap. I have entered the correct details several times. I have requested a password re-set several times & everytime I try to log on it fails with the same crap "wrong email or password" These people have STOPPED giving free VPN. Why not just update your web page & just say no more free VPN, instead of wasting our time. Neve mind, off I go to PROTON VPN.

Absolute garbage, extremely slow, kept having annoying popups asking me to buy premium. at least it was easy to uninstall
