I have used Pro Ads for a couple years. For the most part things worked as they stated. I am not sure if it's new management or what but the last 4-6 months it feels like a cash grab. It takes 2 days to get on Whats app with a "senior" and it's the same ole story.
It sucks cause I am happy paying premium dollars for high quality accounts. But day after day getting the run around, meanwhile I cant run ads and it is costing my business 1000's of dollars a day in lost revenue.
I really hope they pull it together and stand by their products they sell. Until they do I can not give them a 5 star rating. Buyer Beware
I bought 2 aged profiles and business manager and an aged fanpage. During the sales process I asked them about their replacement process and they said it was 7 days. Then I asked then how does that work cause they had told me their warmup process and it was longer then 7 days so it did not make sense to me. The items we bought could have been bad during those 7 days so they agreed and they said they would replace them after 7-days as long as we followed the warming process. We set EVERYTHING up how they told us. Every time we attached one of the items we bought to another the item got burnt by facebook. After this happening time and time again they then said they would "gift" us one more replacement. We had bought accounts about a year ago with the same problem and thought they may have bettered their accounts and service but that is not the case. Unfortunately you can not get your money back from them since you have to pay them in Crypto, which now all makes sense. They are scammers. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Do NOT do business with this company. We spent over $1000 and bought everything they recommended to run ads. They were late delivering assets. When they did deliver our Business Managers they both burnt within their recommended warm time of 3 days. We had not even placed ads. They then told us to switch our set up of the accounts from what they originally told us to set them up. We have never been able to run a single ad and have been fighting with them for a refund or accounts that work for over 60 days. WARNING DO NOT BUY THESE ACCOUNTS. We are new to the industry. We have ran BH ads on FB for over 13 years. We know quality accounts and how to run and these are not quality assets.
Everything went smoothly & the service was great!

had a very important Instagram account disabled and, after trying different ways to recover it without success, I honestly wasn’t sure if I would ever get it back.
I contacted Pro Ads and decided to give their service a try. Throughout the process, their team was professional, responsive and kept me updated whenever I asked about the status of the case. The process took a little longer than initially expected, but what really matters is the result: they successfully recovered my Instagram account with everything intact.
After getting it back, they also guided me through the first steps to make sure the account remained stable and answered all my questions about what I should and shouldn’t do.
My account has now been working normally again and I’m extremely happy with the result. For me, recovering this account was incredibly important, so I’m genuinely grateful to James, Fia and the whole Pro Ads team for their work.
Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar situation. I’ve already recommended their services to people in my own network.
