Stuff arrives fast to Canada, wish they were more upfront about the cost of duty&import tax to Canada, UPS gives me a surprise charge upon delivery, other than that flawless service so far with 2 orders completed and fulfilled.

Item was on back order. Wasn’t very easy to tell when ordering, but I received an email about it being on back order, with the dates it should be in, and the guy who sent it marked the day after they were there to ensure I’d get the product. Well, I didn’t really want to wait, so I called to see what they could do. He instantly offered me a refund and I asked if there was anything else they did have in stock I could buy. There was a set of springs 1 tier up and he even gave me a small discount for going ahead and buying them. I don’t think they were shipped out same day, but it got here quick enough, it didn’t really matter. Definitely will shop again!

You then replied on 5/30 which we replied to as well. Our last correspondence was on 5/30, which we never received a reply to. You then emailed again on 6/2, which we replied to the same day once again, but have not received a reply to. Received the product quick in the mail and all pieces were with the product too. Just as described on their website. I haven’t installed the exhaust yet but will update later. Update: installed the exhaust and it’s very loud, but inserted the silencer that comes with it and sounds a lot better. But it’s a great sound and love the exhaust. Very easy to install.
