Practical, real-world content despite some tech hiccups
Solid experience with the CRE Fundamentals Level I program. The material was clear and practical, walking through real concepts like operating margin, NOI, and how to think about rent growth vs expense assumptions using an actual offering memo instead of just theory. I ran into some tech issues that kept me from fully participating in the breakout room portion, but the core content and presentation were still genuinely useful. Looking forward to Level II.

Very interesting and informative.
Really enjoyed the Project Destined session. The program did a great job breaking down commercial real estate concepts in a way that was practical and easy to follow.
