Application Review
My Sigma Theta Tau informational packet that came in the mail included a flyer for Proliability. It says to utilize the website "Proliabity. com / Sigma-apply". When I attempted to use that website, it was prompting me to install a private web browser. I did not do that, as it seemed quite suspicious. Your team may need to look into that so others aren't scammed or taken advantage of. Other than that rather large issue, the process of applying for a policy was easy enough. I would have thought that the application would ask for my license number. I also would have liked to see details for specific coverages or clinical situations that would be covered, versus seeing only a total dollar amount of coverage.
