Mary/Joy did an excellent job crediting my money and listening to my concerns about my account not being canceled in time. I used it once for 1.95 but then was charged for 3 months but had not used it once.

Property Checker was very understanding with my inadvertently agreeing to a monthly membership when all I wanted was the information for one property. They were very helpful and refunded the 34.95 that I didn't realize I had agreed to when i used their services for one property check. I will use this company again if I need their type of services. Very easy process. I only needed to look up one person for invasion of privacy and stalking criminal charges. Was able to cancel service after and customer service agent Dexter was super nice.

The company representative was very helpful, and courteous. I can give them 5 stars for that. I do feel that more information should be given about their automatic subscription from using the introductory "catch you". My thought for not realizing I needed to cancel something before being charged a larger monthly fee. It cost me the loss of my credit card and resetting several other accounts.

On our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a subscription billed monthly at $34.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.

I was offered a credit for the monthy subscription fee as I did not want a subscription and wasn't aware I would be charged when I used the $1.95 service. If the credit comes through I will be happy. If not you only get one star because Angela was professional and nice on the phone. I had some trouble understanding her.
