i was charged even though i canceled in time to prevent that charge. however, propertychecker totally dealt with that quickly and courteously. mistakes happen but fixing those mistakes doesn't always happen. this time it did and i thank you for your kind attention and action. i would without hesitation use your website again.

Only complaint is to cancel, you sent me to a sales pitch for an emergency monitor system that would not let me get to your site despite repeated pitches. Finally, the line went dead. Customer service agent was excellent once I got a call back.
