Amana PTAC thermostats
I recently purchased 2 Amana PTAC J series units to replace some older Amana units. Not being an expert I called a few thermostat suppliers but didnt have alot of confidence in their knowledge. Calling PTAC4LESS was the best education for this project. John answered all the questions I had and even made me think of other questions I didnt have. Anyone can give good service, when everything is right. My experience would not have been good, except they have a amazing warranty man. John Smith went above good service to Excellent service. I thank him so much. I have always felt that how a company handles a issue shows how they really are. This company is the best. And I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again.

Completely wrong cord for ptac. You sent a dryer cord. Turnaround and shipping time was fast but not right product

When working with vendors, suppliers and services, over the years, I've come to expect poor or indifferent customer service as the norm. Working with John Smith at PTAC4Less, was an unexpected pleasure. He accepted that I was learning about A/C units and was picking his brain. He was friendly and answered all my annoying questions. I called to ask about what BTU size unit I should use for my office and recording studio. I got comprehensive advice on not only BTU size, but also advice on choosing a heat pump type for my needs. Shipping was expedient and communication was first class. I inspected the unit when it arrived and saw that it had been meticulously cleaned, serviced and painted and sealed on the bottom plate. The unit has been cooling wonderfully and operates very quietly. I chose the Amana and I am very pleased. Thank you!
