Called the toll free number and received excellent info on what size and type of PTAC would be best for my situation (400 sqft sunroom in North Carolina.) Advised that 7-10 days were required for drop ship, got it on day 10. Ordered PTAC using the website, easy, no issues. Unit works great, had it installed by my HVAC tech during annual maintenance of other units (gas pack and mini split.)
Called in regards to getting some refurbished Ptacs. Hotel brand requires a certain age of units for remodel. Was told that refurbished units would be guaranteed no older than 5-year old. Ones received were 11 years old.
