Great supplements but insanely expensive to ship abroad.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and, most importantly, thank you for choosing PureBulk.com! We truly appreciate your support and are so happy to hear that you've had a great experience with the quality of our supplements. Knowing that our products have met your expectations means a great deal to our entire team.
At the same time, we're genuinely sorry to hear that the cost of international shipping has been frustrating. We completely understand how disappointing it can be to find shipping charges much higher than expected, and we know that those costs can make ordering from abroad more difficult.
While we do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible, international shipping costs are largely determined by shipping carriers and can vary significantly depending on the destination, package weight, customs requirements, and other factors outside of our control. We know that doesn't make the expense any less frustrating, and we sincerely empathize with your experience.
Please know that we are always looking for ways to improve our shipping options and provide better value for our international customers. Feedback like yours is incredibly valuable because it helps us understand where we can continue working to improve the overall customer experience.
Thank you again for your honest review and for placing your trust in PureBulk.com. We truly value your business and hope we'll have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Your support means more to us than you know, and we're grateful to have you as part of the PureBulk community.
Comparing Magnesium Glycinate prices on Amazon for 500 g, even with your discount, you are still quite a bit higher-particularly against Amazon Prime, with free shipping.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While some of our products might have higher prices then other platforms, we do our best to give our customers the most savings we can.
CoQ10 powder is top quality, easily absorbed and supported by my doctor. Other brands tried have been ineffective but PureBulk has the quality & craftsmanship to make it top notch. Easy ordering & quick delivery just add to the pluses this company provides.
I don't like the fact that Pure Bulk adds Maltodextrin to all of the bulk mushrooms.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and thank you for reaching out to us regarding the use of carriers or Flow agents such as Maltodextrin in some of our extract products.
Maltodextrin is added to this product as an anti-caking or Flow agent, without Maltodextrin this product would not be a free flowing powder but would quickly solidify into a solid mass.
While we do everything we can to eliminate anti-caking agents from our products in this specific case it wouldn't be practical for us to do this.
However, as far as anti-caking agents go, Maltodextrin is a reasonably harmless additive as compared to the usual suspects in this industry such as magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate or micronized silica which may have very negative health impacts on consumers and which we avoid like the plague.
