Customer service via email was very quick to respond and very helpful in clarifying an assembly issue I had. It was a simple enough explanation and I quickly finished the assembly, no problem. The cantilevered umbrella is very well made, strong and beautiful. Great product and support!

Replacement Canopy Parts were Perfect
We have 4 of cantilever umbrellas and love them. After a few years, we decided to replace them and the support team found my exact replacement part and color.
